Physician Staffing provides outsourced staffing to hospitals and other health care facilities, primarily in Northeastern Ohio. We staff intensive care units, and other departments in hospitals, medical centers and healthcare facilities in Cleveland and Akron, Ohio  and other cities.  We also offer billing and collection services.

PSI's service includes recruitment and staffing management. Our full time recruiters constantly screen and confer with physicians who desire to provide house physician services.  We recruit OB/GYN physicians, trauma physicians, hospitalists, intensivists, internal medicine physicians, pediatricians, general surgeons, and pre-admission testing physicians.

Each hospital and healthcare client service is different so each recruiting effort varies given our clients' requirements.

Our physician staffing management services include scheduling to assure proper physician staffing at all times.  All of the independent contractor physicians supplied by PSI are sensitive to the concerns of the hospital’s attending physicians regarding the handling and treatment of their patients.

PSI prepares monthly schedules for all house physicians and will insure they are given to the hospital on a timely basis.  Physician Staffing is responsible for insuring all shifts are full and any cancellations are quickly filled.  If an unexpected vacancy occurs Physician Staffing can draw from our pool of over 250 physicians to resolve the vacancy.
