Physician Staffing, Inc. (PSI) is headquartered in Solon, Ohio. We have been providing outsourced physician staffing of hospitals and other health care facilities for 35 years. We also offer management services to hospitals and medical practices in such areas as billing and collection. We work with over 250 physicians who staff intensive care units, and other departments in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

 

Our house physician staffing company was incorporated in 1975.  PSI was founded by Dr. John S. Martin, the father of current CEO, John S. Martin III. Our management team is led by Tony Bernardo, Christine States, and John Elffers. 

PSI is one of the most experienced companies providing outsourced hospital-based physician services. We are currently expanding our market outside of Northeastern and Central Ohio to include Chicago, Detroit and Pittsburgh as well as other Midwest and East Coast cities.

Our in-patient hospital coverage, medicine house physician services and in-patient physician staffing services provide numerous benefits to hospital administrative personnel and in particular, their attending physicians. Our client hospital and medical center client's management, in particular, Chief Executive Officers and Vice Presidents of Medical Affairs, count on the reliability, quality of care and efficiency of our programs to assure proper physician staffing levels at all times. We work with  hospitals, health care systems, practice groups, and other types of healthcare facilities to provide 24/7, day or night and weekend physician staffing coverage.
