We have been providing outsourced hospital-based physician service to hospitals and other healthcare facilities for 35 years. We have provided over 10,000,000 hours of in-patient physician staffing services since our company was founded by Dr. John S. Martin in 1975.

This web site has been developed to provide information for healthcare administrators that are interested in working with PSI to properly staff their facility and for physicians that are interested in new job opportunities.

Physician Staffing, Inc. customizes its house physician staffing programs for our partner hospitals to improve patient care and patient outcomes in a cost effective manner. We collaborate with our client hospitals and our contracted physicians to deliver the highest quality of patient care. We work with our clients to determine appropriate staffing models and define concise physician job duties to produce positive service results in such qualitative measures as patient, staff and physician attitudes, and satisfaction.

We contract with over 250 doctors to staff maternity, pediatric, medical, intensive care units, and other departments in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Along with hospital-based clinical outsourcing services, we also offer management services to hospitals and medical practices in billing and collection.
